Refund Policy

VectorVest Trial
VectorVest offers a Trial to allow a thorough evaluation of VectorVest products. If you are not completely satisfied with your VectorVest trial for any reason, simply notify us within 30 days for a prompt refund.

Subscriptions
Cancellations shall be made to VectorVest via the customer portal, telephone, or email. Upon notification, monthly and annual subscriptions will be promptly scheduled for cancellation on the date of expiration of the current subscription time period; no refunds will be given. Credits remaining on an account upon cancellation will remain available for a period of one (1) year from the cancellation date, to be applied to future products or services. After the one (1) year period, they will be forfeited and removed from the account. Under no circumstances however, will credits be refunded.

One time fee purchases
Optional software modules such as VectorVest ProTrader, AutoTimer, etc. are NOT refundable.

Seminars, Events and Online Courses
Event cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
